 Steps to reproduce:

 - start Sugar

 - use the rotate key

 - go back to normal orientation

 - use Frame to show OSK

 - hide it (button at the bottom of the OSK)

 - use the rotate key

 ---> OSK comes up

 - hide it (button at the bottom of the OSK)

 ---> OSK comes up
