 The Gtk3 slider theme varies from the original and has some visual issues.
 These can be easily tested in the Frame Control Panel module, where when
 you select a slider the slider fill is white with a white outline and only
 the 'empty' portion of the slider is a grey visible. See attached screen
 shots for example of the current and previous styling.
