 This is a meta ticket to track Activities that overflow (mainly their
 toolbars) when in portrait orientation. This will be more visible, and
 more often encountered with the XO-4 Touch hardware due to it being much
 more practical to fully use it in ebook portrait mode. There is no single
 solution, this ticket can be used for design comments and tracking general
 progress. All tests were carried out starting an activity in portrait
 orientation, some activities also grab layout values at start time and so
 will layout incorrectly when rotated after being started in one
 orientation (I did not specifically test for this).
