 FotoToon (testing with v13) should have nice friendly help hint for new
 activity instances. Currently the fist experience is mostly an uninviting
 grey screen. It could start with a suggestion, something like 'Add an
 image and start creating your FotoToon', with a large Add Image icon above
 the text, and a button below the text to 'Add image'. This would get the
 user oriented to know what the main functionality is. The blank canvas
 hint layout would be similar to the recent design work done for canvas
 hints as seen in Jukebox (when empty), the Journal (when no query
 matches), Home List View (when no query matches), etc.
