Comment:

 This is not a Browse bug, instead it's a GTK issue.

 The same behaviour happens when you go "My settings" and click on
 "Language". The combobox inside this dialogue is suffering the same issue.

 Actually, something similar happens using touch instead of the touchpad.
 The combobox list will not scroll at the first time.

 It does not scroll just at the bottom. I had no problem with the top of
 the combobox list if I'm in the middle of it at the moment that I clicked.
