 Steps to reproduce it:

  1. Go to eBook mode
  1. Open Browse
  1. Go to http://en.wikipedia.org
  1. Double tap and move with the fingers

 Issue:

 Text selection handlers does not appear

 Expected behaviour:

 Show text selection handlers and be able to move them to change the text
 selection

 Environment:

 13.1.0 - os13 - xo4
