Comment:

 Testing in Build 12, Write-83

 Handles are now correctly drawing at either side of a touch selection,
 though they do leave a trail of un-erased handles if you drag either one
 of them. Closing this ticket as fixed as
 http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/4220 covers the new handle drawing issue.
