 Evince can open cbr and cbz files but we don't have dependencies to
 decompress rar files or the zip package (needed to process cbz files).
 More info in upstream ticket [1]

 Developers in evince say they plan work in decompress using libraries
 instead of the binaries. Then we can try open theses type of files again.
