 Testing this patch does improve the touch target size of the overflow
 widget so it would be good go get in, though it's worth noting that; 1) it
 appears to be not quite as wide as a standard toolbar button (hit area is
 not a square, but a rectangle taller than it is wide); 2) that this does
 not affect gtk2 activity toolbars, only gtk3 ports; 3) obviously that a
 wider overflow button means that in some cases an extra toolbar widget
 might be overflowed into the overflow palette.
