 Testing in 13.1.0 build 11, XO-1.75

 Text selection handles still or insertion cursor do not draw correctly
 when the screen is rotated to any angle (90, 180, 270) other than the
 default orientation. If you make a selection first, and then rotate, the
 handles are drawn (but in the wrong place for portrait orientation), but
 vanish as soon as there is any user interaction with the selection.
