Comment:

 Thanks for this one Gary. Is important to get right as it prevents from
 being able to stop the activity using touch.

 I checked in the 12.1.0 build on a non touch machine if it was a
 regression and found out that way that you can get the Palette if you use
 the mouse. So touching that button does not have an effect.
