Comment:

 Great, I was able to reproduce that the first time I tried. So, somehow
 the rotated Home Screen is below the OSK and one can reveal it when
 pressing keys on the OSK.

 Next steps is to diagnose more and find the correct component to blame in
 the triage meeting.
