 Steps to reproduce it:

  1. Go to eBook mode
  1. Go to Home/Neighborhood/Group view
  1. Tap on the "Search" entry
  1. Text selection handlers are shown. They still be there while you are
 typing.
  1. Press "Backspace"

 Issue:

 Those text selection handlers dissapear.

 Expected behaviour:

 Keep showing those handlers
