 This last patch deviates from the branch that's upstream. Unlike the
 patches there, it makes every IM-aware widget trigger upwards OSK-
 triggered resizes (including WebKitWebView and AbiWidget) with no
 additional changes, but does so by breaking the conceptual barrier between
 GtkIMContext and GtkWidget (the former isn't aware of the latter, mostly a
 design detail). This hack would only break (eg. not propagate resizes)
 silently if the IM context user GdkWindow does not pertain to a GtkWidget,
 AFAIK there's no such case
