 Generally, activities don't have language selector and use the current
 locale. The only activity I remember when missing this functionality is
 not so obvious is Speak.

 In my mind, we need to use more common language switching approach (except
 cases when the purpose of activity is being multilingual). If there is a
 problem with fast language switching (like in multilingual deployments),
 the process should be as fast/comfortable as possible. Thats actually in
 TODO list for Peruvian pilot and there is a

 for it.
