 Steps to reproduce it:

  1. Open !InfoSlicer
  1. Create an article
  1. Export your work
  1. Go to the Journal
  1. Open your exported work

 Issue:

 Sugar will try to open this type of file with Browse by default, but
 Browse doesn't know how to handle this kind of file.

 Expected behavior:

 I'm not sure. I think this is not a Browse problem, I think we should
 avoid using dita/ditamap format to export !InfoSlicer contents and use
 simple HTML instead.
