 Currently they reuse the Brush Properties palette, which shows the wrong
 title and some options not available to the Eraser and Bucket tools. The
 Stamp tool already has a custom palette.

 Eraser would show the title "Eraser properties", and the shape and size
 options
 Bucket, the title "Bucket properties", and the color and size options
