 The Tree (List) view of Activities should be searchable for activities
 using the keyboard when the Tree view has focus, like the Spiral view is.

 The Tree view is willing to take keyboard focus; the Spiral view does not.
 There is a Search dialog up top in both cases we could give focus to solve
 this.

 The Tree view does listen for some keys it is interested in such as
 Up/Down/Page Down/Page Up, so we should not enable the Search dialog if
 they are used.

 Seen in OLPC 12.1.0 os8.
