 Instead of opening the object chooser when the activity starts from
 scratch, fill the playlist with all the medias found in the mounted
 devices (Journal, Documents, ...).

 If developing this shows that it consumes too much resources, do the same
 but just with the Journal or with only the the starred medias in the
 Journal.
