 I am not familiar with the --no-sugar-build option to setup.py. However, I
 wonder if the problem might be related to the recent removal of
 taexporthtml.py from the package? Are you building from the latest bits in
 git? v147?

 Not sure what the file turtleart/turtleart is supposed to be.
