Comment(by manuq):

 Tested the patch.  Smaller pics are centered again.  But when a large
 picture is rotated, it is left aligned, not centered.

 TestCase:

  * start Paint from scratch
  * draw something
  * open the last subtoolbar (the tool button has a portrait)
  * rotate
