 Also worth noting that the initial font used seems to be undefined as far
 as the combo button understands. Start a new document, type some text
 without changing the font, then change font and type again, then change
 the font and type again – so you have at least three texts in different
 fonts to experiment with. With the font combo button visible, move the
 insertion point cursor between the different text, the combo should update
 to match the font name... But with the first text in the default font, the
 combo does _not_ update, it does not know what combo item to display (it
 will just display whatever the last font name item was).
