 Thanks, good catch. Fixed by commit 94329. The support for the gstreamer-
 espeak plugin (needed for working speech in 12.1) was only passing text to
 gstreamer, not any of the voice, pitch, rate, gap parameters, so speech
 was using the default voice.

 Will be fixed in Clock-9 release later tonight. Already tested with
 language set to Spanish (Peru) and English (USA) on:

  * XO-1 with an v.old 802 OLPC build,
  * XO-1 with 883 OLPC build
  * XO-1 with a 12.1.0 13 build
  * XO-1.75 grid membrane with 12.1.0 13 build.
  * XO-1.75 HS with 12.1.0 13 build.

 All toolbar string translations look correct, written text time
 translations looks good, speech using correct Spanish/English accent.

 Please retest Clock-9 and close this ticket if you're happy.
