 3 slightly related issues V141:

 1) why does the number pallette have numeric true and false blocks? Are
 they needed at all? Shouldn't they have semicircular docks so the boolean
 operators work on them. As it is I can print true+true to get 2

 2) true and false have no hoverhelp

 3) hoverhelp should go away when running in rabbit mode
