Comment:

 Previously we disabled the browser's ability to play ogg media and relied
 on the totem plugin.

 With the WebKit move, we're now using the browsers ogg support again. Need
 to test and evaluate this, and fix this bug.
 Starting points seem to be ./WebCore/html/HTMLMediaElement.cpp and
 ./WebCore/platform/graphics/gstreamer/MediaPlayerPrivateGStreamer.cpp
