 Copy this piece of text:

 Section “InputClass”

 Notice the label on the text clipping on the Frame is:

 Section \u201cInputClass\u201d

 Open Write, Terminal or Surf, and paste it using Ctrl+v, Shift+Ctrl+v, or
 the toolbar button, it will be pasted as:

 Section “InputClass”

 Now drag and drop the text clipping from the Frame, it will be pasted as:

 Section \u201cInputClass\u201d

 Maybe the Clipboard doesn't understand Unicode text?
