 The "Send to Friend" feature (used to transfer journal entries), seems not
 be working in the dx3 image (tested on dx3g091.img).

 Steps to reproduce :
 --------------------

 1. On an xo-1 (running dx3g091.img), make a friend (from neighbourhood
 view).

 2. In the journal palette, use the "Send to friend" feature to transfer an
 entry (the entry should contain a file).

 3. The "outgoingfiletransfer" icon will appear on the top-panel frame.

 4. However, nothing happens on the destination xo-1 (running dx3g091.img)
 - no "incomingfiletransfer" icon seen; no entry received.

 NOTE THAT THIS IS WORKING FINE on os508dx.img. (tested on the same xo-1 s)


 Please find attached the "shell.log" on the server xo-1 (the xo on which
 the transfer was initiated).
