 #4356 is this ticket, so I guess it is related. Also, I mention suspend-
 resume in the steps to reproduce, but on XO-4 at least, it is reproducible
 without suspend-resume.

 While this is somewhat difficult to reproduce, it wasn't possible to tune
 a ukuele by checking which note goes on which string after tuning each
 string without triggering the bug (ie, I tried twice to do this and gave
 up. I had to memorize rather than trying to switch back and forth). Hence
 I think this is actually quite severe for the utility of measure.
