 I down-graded to the old DS but the entertaining issue is still there.

 After a few more attempts to create screenshots I renamed the TA entry
 again and added a description in the detail view. Now, after some time and
 a few more actions it is renamed again to the previous title and the
 description is gone.

 Going to the details view of those newly created items does seem to have
 interesting side affects as well (rename and such).
