 Right now, is possible select "Zoom to fit" pressing the seconday button
 over the "zoom to width" button.

 Anyway, the mere existence of this ticket, proof the ui is not good. I
 will add two buttons and remove the menu. Should be better for touch
 interface too.

 When in "zoom to fit" mode, the forward/back buttons turn pages.
