 Hi, I just added a couple of tickets against the journal component, and
 noticed the Owned by: field is blank. Perhaps I should have filed against
 the sugar component now that the journal is no longer treated as separate
 activity? The journal component should either be assigned an owner, or the
 component removed and existing tickets assigned to sugar.
