 The Journal 'Copy to' feature should include the Documents volume if it is
 available. The 'Copy to' feature is available both in any entries pop-up
 palette, and in its detail view. 'Copy to' includes other external volumes
 such as USB sticks, and should show the Documents 'volume' as an option as
 well for UI consistency.
