Comment:

 Thanks to Daniel to discover that SoupCookieJarSqlite lives in
 SoupGNOME.CookieJarSqlite .  Sometimes this bindings are not very
 intuitive.

 Sent a patch to the list that adds cookies in Browse persistent between
 sessions, using the SQlite database that was previously used.
