 The patch needs the previously sent patch for porting to Cairo:

 The attached patch adds a new toggle button in the toolbar, with the
 graphic of a hand.  When activated, the hands of the clock stop moving and
 can be grabbed.  When deactivated, the clock returns to the actual
 behaviour, showing the current time.
