 The same problem to me...

 Fedora 16 uptodate

 Followed all the instruction from here
 [http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Development_Team/Jhbuild] to build sugar
 from git, everything was fine, no problem with the packages and the
 compile process.

 When i try to run sugar i get this:
