 the sugar engine/theme uses icon-slicer which all other gtk themes have
 stopped using, sugar-artwork is now the only package in Fedora that uses
 it in the theme. It dead upstream so as part of the work to bring the
 sugar theme to gtk3 it would also be good to remove this dependency
