 ''Been using GetBooks in a volunteers test meeting last night. Feedbooks
 has a "browse categories" option!

 Can we make it the default view when you open GetBooks? This is
 important. Otherwise people open GB and look at it... scratch their
 heads and... close it. Or run a search for some book that's not there,
 and decide that *nothing* is there.

 If the categories are downloaded, can we ship a static "seed" copy of
 the categories and book listings?

 Is a easy change. We must show the catalog list by default if is available
 to the selected server.
