 Steps to reproduce:

 - open a file transfer on A for B

 - on B do not accept/decline it

 - cancel the file transfer on A using the option in the Palette in the
 activity tray

 ---> B should receive a notification that the file transfer has been
 canceled

 I tested this as well on 0.84 as not working.

 This seem to be an upstream bug:
