 The Journal detail view needs to update its list of "Copy to" locations
 when USB sticks, etc., are inserted/removed.

 In order to refresh the list when the available list of storage devices
 has changed, one has to exit the journal detail view for an item, and re-
 enter it.

 Seen in 11.3.0 os3.
