New description:

 When left-clicking the Feedback device icon in the Frame, nothing happens.
 Since the Feedback "device" has no primary action, it should pop up the
 palette on left-click.

Comment:

 Opened #3198, #3199 to handle the upstream bugs. Changing this one to
 handle just the Dextrose specific one (Feedback).
