 We are not including .mo files in the xo file and we are using a custom
 setup.py build script to include only the files needed for the wikipedia
 language builded (en/es).

 We need update the translations from browse repository and add the locale
 directory to our xo file.

 Also, our actual setup.py custom script populate the MANIFEST file but
 with the changes in sugar 0.94 this will not be useful anymore. Probably
 we will need override methods in bundlebuilder.
