 You don't need to explicitly save, clicking 'Stop' (or switching away from
 an activity) will automatically store the current activity state into the
 Journal. There is also a new Journal feature for 'Duplicate', right click
 on a Journal entry to show its palette, or find it in the 'Detail' view
 toolbar.
