 Most likely it's just a race condition that only happens to get triggered
 on XOs now (as opposed to before as well) because the launcher start-up
 timing changed. I've seen lots of issues like this one on my desktop
 machine for a long time (but not reported because there were other, more
 serious bugs).

 Downgrading to Major because there's no data loss involved.
