 1. Start the Record activity on a system with no camera attached (such as
 an XO booted with a serial cable plugged in).
  2. Note that only "Audio" recording is available, and the video display
 area is simply light gray (perhaps it should be test/graphic?).
  3. Attempt to record a short audio clip.  Press the record button to stop
 the recording.

 Expected: We can record audio without video support present, as the
 activity seems to know it can only record audio (no Picture or Video tabs
 are present).

 Actual: The Record activity clicks to acknowledge the stop, but then
 infinitely spins its busy cursor waiting for something.

 Seen in OLPC 11.2.0 os13 with Record 89.
