 With this patch, I think that it is finally working as spec'd above.

 I still need to come up with a mechanism for sharing the initial position
 of each turtle, ideally in a way that is backward compatible with older
 versions. What I am thinking is to have the receipt of the turtle
 dictionary trigger the passing of the position of each participant's
 turtle. (The dictionary is distributed whenever a new user joins.)
