 fixes a couple of problems:

 (1) I no longer save remote turtles, which means that the restarting of a
 share seems to do the right thing;

 (2) I fixed a long-standing problem with turtle selection that confused
 the default turtle with the selected turtle in some cases.

 Please test and give me feedback.

 (I am keeping v107 in the wiki up to date with these patches.)
