 for documentation. this has two components.
 -first git repo should be writable by pootle, if failed on initial commit,
 one should erase and try again with the git url that has write access.
 -second, after this initial commit, lang admins should ''update from
 templates'' and then commit their translations. I've tested with StopWatch
 in .fr and is working as expected.
