 for documentation. this has two components.
 -first git repo should be writable by pootle, if failed on initial commit,
 one should erase and try again with the git url that has write access.
 second, after this initial commit, lang admins should update form
 templates and then commit their translations. I've tested with Read SD
 Comics in .es and is working as expected.
