 Curious, since the file in question seems to be in the correct place in
 the git tree:

 http://git.sugarlabs.org/turtleart/mainline/blobs/master/util/RtfParser.py

 Is there some import voodoo I am missing? Works fine in my jhbuild
 environment on F14.
