New description:

 Observed on an XO-1 with OLPC os23.

 Shared Activities, access points, but no Learners are visible in
 jabber.sugarlabs.org Neighborhood.

 Noticing this with the otherwise crowded Neighborhood visible in a
 standard Fedora-15 Sugar environment.

 See the attached Neighborhood screenshot.

 This may well be a side-effect of too much error processing as the
 shell.log is very busy collecting bug food.

 In fact, the Neighborhood view now shows only the access points.
